Customized workshops (primary and special education)
In addition to the regular offerings, I also develop customized workshops around a theme that alings with the curriculum or a project at school. Think of sustainability, identity, nature, experiment, art history, or citizenship. In consultation, I design a creative lesson that suits the age group, learning objective, and desired atmosphere.
Didactic basics of all workshops
Every workshop is based on the making process: researching, experimenting, creating, and reflecting. There is an assignment, but no fixed end result. Students learn to:
- think creatively and problem-solve
- collaborate and communicate
- develop manual skills and use materials
- ask questions and reflect
- look at each other respectfully and openly
